Description
Mezcal Tasting experience that offers a unique blend of education and Mezcal that enables guests to gain knowledge and appreciation of Mezcal culture. Guests will learn more about Mezcal while enjoying two pours of artisanal Mezcal from San Luis Potosi, Mexico and each paired with the following: orange slices with agave worm salt and cabuches (flower of California barrel cactus).
Guests will learn about the following:
1. Etymology of the word Mezcal
2. History of the origins of Mezcal
3. Artisanal production of Mezcal
4. Agave diversity
5. Difference of Tequila and Mezcal
