Description
Join us for an invigorating yoga practice in the Garden. The practice of Himalayan Hatha Yoga uses special sequencing with mudras (gestures), drishti (gazes), bandhas (locks), and pranayama techniques to enhance the body’s efficiency. Meditation helps calm the mind and cultivate inner stability and peace. Overall this practice reduces anxiety and stress, improves decision-making, and fosters mental stability, vigor, and happiness. Most of this class will focus on physical practice, connecting breath and body through asanas. We will conclude with pranayama in savasana, aura cleansing, and gratitude.
