Change is always happening. From our inner and outer worlds, to our bodies and life goals—everything is in dynamic motion. When we understand those systems of movement and flow, then change is nourishing, not negative.
Come explore your inner systems using Himalayan Hatha Yoga with Pranayama with Renata at Houston Botanic Garden for this full person healing event. Participants will start with a soothing yoga and then guided meditation to finish the session.
As a Buddhist practitioner for over 17 years, I provide people with a unique insight into authentic spiritual connection and practices. My experience as both student and practitioner inform me in effectively integrating both modern and timeless health and well-being practices.
Please bring your own yoga mat, meditation pillow and blocks.
